Secure Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards as payment methods on

Funds will be deducted from your bank once your order has been completed.

All orders placed with undergo security checking to ensure that the payment card is being used by the authorized cardholder. It is also done to prevent online fraud occurring. Please ensure that the Billing Address entered during checkout is the address where the payment card you use is registered. You are able to select a delivery address different to your billing address (for instance, as a gift to arrive with a friend) during the checkout process.

Ways to Purchase

To place an order on visit the pages to find the item you are looking for. On a product page simply select ‘Buy Now’ and then select the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

Review the items in your cart where you can change the quantity of items in your cart by clicking the plus or minus icons.

Clicking “Proceed to Checkout” will take you to our secure checkout where you will be shown a summary of your purchase . You will need to provide a delivery address, payment details and a relevant billing address. Any applicable sales taxes and delivery charges will also be confirmed at this stage. Once you have entered your details you click the “Place Order” button. Clicking this button will also confirm your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. Your order will then be processed by our systems, which is usually very quick, but during busy periods can take up to two minutes – so if nothing appears to be happening – please be patient and do not resubmit your order or refresh the page.

Once your order has been processed, an order acknowledgment email will be sent to the email address that you provided during the checkout process. Please make sure you keep hold of this email as it will contain your order reference number and you might need it at a later date. We know how important it is to get our products shipped out fast! We provide same day shipping on all orders placed by 3pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. If you need an order to ship out same day and its past 3pm eastern time, give us a call, you might be be surprised when we tell you that we can still get it shipped out for you!

PLEASE NOTE: Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM MST. If you place an order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) it will ship out the following Monday. All shipments are shipped with NO SIGNATURE required, you will need to specify in order notes if you want to add a signature to your package.

An estimated shipping cost will appear on the site in your shopping bag and the final shipping cost will be confirmed in the checkout once you have confirmed your destination and shipping service. If for any reason we anticipate a delay beyond our quoted delivery times our Customer Services team will get in touch with you. Please note that during sale periods there may be some delay in the dispatch of orders. For all orders placed on iVUE you will receive an email confirming when your order has been despatched. This email will also contain a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of your delivery with the carrier we are using to deliver your order directly. We are happy to deliver your goods to a location that is different to your billing address. All you need to do is enter the alternate delivery address you require on the delivery section of the checkout process.

Insurance and Lost Goods

All iVUE Camera goods remain the property of iVUE Camera until payment has been received in full. iVUE Camera shall be responsible for the goods until the order has been delivered to the specified delivery address and iVUE Camera ensures all items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer. Once a successful delivery has been made to the specified delivery address, they cease to be the responsibility of iVUE Camera.

If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of placing your order.

In the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition, or there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. You will also need to ensure that all original packaging is kept (both outer shipping packaging and internal contents).
