Choosing your model

Both models record hands-free POV video, but they serve different priorities. Choose the Denali if you want WiFi connectivity, a companion phone app, 2K video resolution, advanced stabilization, and expandable microSD storage up to 128GB. Choose the Glide if you want the lightest possible fit (46 grams), 64GB of built-in storage with no card to buy, and a simpler one-button operation. See our Denali vs Glide comparison for a full side-by-side breakdown.

Specs & performance

Both the Denali and Glide record for approximately 90 minutes on a single charge. Both models can also record while charging, so connecting a USB-C portable power bank to the glasses extends recording time indefinitely. This is especially useful for full-day events, long rides, or extended shoots. A full charge takes roughly 60 to 90 minutes from a standard USB power source.

The Denali shoots 2K (1440p) at 30fps or 1080p HD at 60fps for smoother motion and slow-motion playback. The Glide shoots 1080p HD at 30fps. Both models use Sony CMOS sensors for enhanced low-light performance and record in MP4 format using H.264 compression at 16:9 aspect ratio.

The Glide is rated IP22 weather resistant, which means it handles sweat, light rain, and dust during outdoor activities. The Denali is splash-resistant but does not carry a formal IP rating. Neither model is designed for submersion. Avoid wearing them in heavy rain, surf, swimming, or anywhere they could be dropped in water.

Yes. Both the Denali and Glide have a built-in dual AAC2 stereo microphone that records audio alongside video automatically. The Denali adds active noise canceling for clearer audio in noisy environments like wind, traffic, or motorcycle riding.

The Denali uses removable microSD cards up to 128GB, storing roughly 22 hours of video. SD cards are sold separately. The Glide has 64GB of built-in memory and stores up to 85 hours of 1080p video without any card to buy or insert.

Using your glasses

The Denali pairs with both iOS and Android through the iVUE Denali app. Use the app to adjust video resolution, change settings, preview shots, and transfer footage wirelessly. The Glide does not have WiFi or app support; transfer files by plugging the glasses into a Mac or Windows computer via USB-C. Both models work as hands-free POV cameras whether or not your phone is nearby.

The frames are sized as standard eyewear, not over-glasses, so they're not designed to be worn over your existing prescription pair. iVUE does not currently offer prescription lens inserts. Most customers who need vision correction wear contact lenses with their iVUE glasses, or use them as dedicated sport eyewear in scenarios where their prescription isn't required.

For the Denali, use the iVUE Denali app over WiFi to transfer files to your iOS or Android phone, or plug into any Mac or Windows computer via the included USB-C cable. The Glide transfers only via USB-C to a Mac or Windows computer. In both cases, the glasses appear as a removable drive on your computer, with no software installation required.

Yes. iVUE camera glasses are designed as openly worn eyewear with a small visible lens built into the frame at the bridge. They are not concealed or hidden recording devices. The lens is clearly identifiable on close inspection. We don't make products intended to record people without their awareness, and we recommend respecting local laws about audio and video recording wherever you use the glasses.

Buying & support

Both models ship with the camera glasses, a USB-C charging and data cable, a microfiber lens cleaning cloth, and a protective carrying case. The Denali includes both polarized and clear interchangeable lenses; the Glide ships with polarized lenses installed and clear lenses included. Quick-start instructions are included, and the full user manual is available online.

Every iVUE product is backed by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning the day you receive the product. To start a warranty claim, email support@ivuecamera.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or alteration. Returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
