Warranty and returns, in plain English
30 days to change your mind and a 6-month warranty. One email starts either.
Which one do you need?
A return and a warranty claim follow different rules.
Return it
Changed your mind
- You have 30 days from the day you receive it.
- Get an RMA number first; it's one email.
- You pay return shipping. Original shipping isn't refunded.
- Refund of the price you paid, to your original payment.
Something's wrong
A defect within 6 months
- Covers manufacturing defects for 6 months from the day you receive your glasses.
- Get an RMA number first; it's one email.
- We replace defective units with the same model, or a comparable one if it's no longer available.
- You pay shipping to us, unless it arrived dead on arrival.
Not sure which? Try the troubleshooting guide first; many problems take a minute to fix.
Returns
Refund timing, the RMA rule and memory cards.
Once your return arrives, we process the refund within 3 business days. Your bank or card usually shows it 3 to 7 business days after that. Shipping costs aren't refunded, and returns aren't accepted after 30 days.
Get yours before you ship it back. The rule: 20% restocking fee on any return sent without an RMA number.
If your order came with a microSD card, send that original card back with the glasses. A missing or different card is deducted from your refund at its current replacement cost, typically $10 to $30.
The 6-month warranty
What's covered and what happens next.
Every iVUE product is covered against manufacturing defects. A warranty replacement does not restart the clock. Coverage runs 6 months from the day you received your original product. We don't offer paid repairs. If we test your glasses and they work as they should, we ship them back to you.
| What happened | Covered? |
|---|---|
| Manufacturing defect | Covered |
| Arrived dead on arrival | Covered |
| Drops, impacts or crushing | Not covered |
| Water or other physical damage | Not covered |
| Misuse or abuse | Not covered |
| Opened, altered or modified | Not covered |
How to start a return or claim
Three steps, one RMA number.
- Ask for an RMA number Send us your order number and a short note. Your RMA number arrives by email.
- Write it on the box Put the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box, not on the product packaging.
- Ship it with tracking Keep your tracking number so you can see when it arrives. A warranty return without an RMA number may be sent back to you.
