Questions
How do I get paid?

Who can join?

Do I have to disclose?
Yes. Tell your audience it's an affiliate link, and say so if we sent you the glasses.

Yes. You pick it at signup, and it gives your audience 10% off.
What isn't allowed?
Bidding on "iVUE" in search ads, and posting your code on coupon sites.
